Graduating with the highest honours from the University of Bari in 1997 and specialized in European civil law (1998), bankruptcy law (2001) and information technology law (2002), urban planning law (2006). In 2003 achieved PhD degree in Public Economic Law. Since 2005 he has been leading a research project on the theme of “urban planning law” and is a tutor at the Department of Administrative Law within in the “School of Specialization for the Legal Profession” run by the University of Bari.
Since 1999 he is author of various papers on the theme of civil property law and European civil law, administrative law and land use law. He is co-author of “A Commentary on cultural heritage and countryside code” (Turin, 2005). From 1998 to 2000 he carried out legal practice with a renowned Italian legal firm which specialize in civil and administrative law. From 2001 to 2005 he was a partner with Digilio law office in Bari involved with both civil and administrative litigation cases.
He is further involved, within both judicial trials and extra-judicial settlements, with questions connected to obligation and contract law, Industrial and Information Technology law, public administration law (in particular, procedures of public evidence, land use and environmental law) and bankruptcy law. He speaks fluent Spanish and English.
