Litigation
The partners of the studio offer a high standard of service based on the significant experience built up especially within the area of traditional civil law (contractual and extra-contractual responsibility, inheritance, family law, real estate law, separation and divorce proceedings, protection of property and possession laws), employment law (individual and collective dismissal proceedings, anti-union conduct, insurance contribution litigation), administrative law. Contract work
CJD assists clients in the negotiation and drawing up of contracts with a particular focus on commercial contracts (and therefore also supplier, agency, franchising and distribution contracts) between Italian companies and partners who operate within South America.

Public administration law
Our lawyers provides judicial and extra-judicial advice and assistance in public administration law, with particular reference to procedures of public evidence, land use and environmental law, employment tenders and contracts, supply and services and to public selection processes.

Banking law
CJD assists its clients in relationships with banks (with particular reference to the restructuring of debts and guarantees) in both judicial and extra-judicial contexts.

The criminal law department comprises a team of professionals with extensive experience in protecting clients’ interests in all situations related to criminal Law and proceedings. Approach to each case comprises the analysis and study of the existing possibilities, judicial or extrajudicial, or negotiation always opting for the one which is of greater benefit to the interests of the client. This department specifically offers assistance and legal defense in proceedings related to general criminal law, and especially financial criminal law (white-collar crimes; bankruptcy crimes; breaches of right to honor, reputation, privacy and personal image; crimes against the public administration).

Company Law
CJD offers a consultancy service in the field of company law in the creation of constitutive acts, advice and assistance in issues of governance (with a particular focus on questions relative to control, duties and responsibilities of both administrative and management structures) but also in jurisdictional litigation.
